Elan came twice. First, right away to give the estimate and explain the job. It was to change out a deadbolt lock and provide five smart keys. He had to have three made. So that was Sunday night. He came back today, Monday, and did the job. Very friendly and professional.

Elan was on time which is a plus! after I explained the situation with my lock he gave different scenarios to choose from. He also advised me that I didn't need to change my entire lock system including door knob as I already had a good system, only the cylinder needed to change. He did the job very fast, and while he worked he explained the problem the previous tenants didn't take care of. I highly recommend Locksmith Excellence.
