Initially engaged locksmith to replace existing deadbolt with a smart lock, was later by over an hour from the agreed time. I had locked myself out by the time he arrived so had him provide lockout services (he ended up drilling the lock while the next day i also got locked out again and a new locksmith easily opened it with a flat structure). Then he agreed to come the next day to finish the original job but did not, was unresponsive until i had engaged a different locksmith to complete the job. Also charged an "on call" fee which the other locksmith did not charge. I recommend finding alternatives, this was an unprofessional experience.

This technician did a great job. I would highly recommend him. Not only did he expertly install the new locks, gave good advice, but went over and aboard by helping me with another unrelated issue . He deserves a 10+.

Ari installed a smart lock and replaced the bottom door knob and lock for me. He did a great job. He was professional, friendly, easy to schedule, and on time. I would highly recommend him for his professionalism and fair prices.

The locksmith technician arrived early which was great for me so I didn't have to take off from work. He did an excellent and quick job installing 2 locks. Made sure they were working properly and showed my mother how to lock and unlock them. Also cleaned up any mess that was made.
