"They did a great job and communicated everything they were doing to keep us in the know when they first came to do our insulation. Very nice people! As with old houses, there was no air duct where they went to blow insulation in the walls so they accidentally blew insulation in our bedroom thru the vent. They cleaned it up all nice and neat, but when we found out months later after turning the heat back on, the vent wasn't blowing heat, they came right out and took care of the blockage for us. Would definitely recommend them!"

"Bob contacted us to enquire if they could begin the work a few days earlier than scheduled. We consented to that and they began work ahead of schedule. The crew was three men, Bob, Ryan and Ryan. They were courteous and respectful and efficient. I have a background in construction trades so I know good mechanics when I see them. These men were pros and did a quality installation. I am very satisfied with the job they did and our home is far more comfortable since they finished. I know that our furnace runs significantly less and I expect our energy costs will be less. "My only problem was that the salesman promised parts of the install that weren't in keeping with how the roof was actually installed. (i.e. said would that if temps. were below 40 degrees, the shingles would be kept in a heated van then installed with extra sealant and use of a heat gun) I would wish that the salesmen would know how the work is actually done and not give customer assurances that are not going to be carried through."
