"I was concerned about the cracks on two patios and a set of steps. Figuring I needed them lifted and resurfaced. Jim came out conducted a full inspection and told me the honest truth that I could spend the money to have them come in and do the work, but this really was something that was more suited for a DIY situation as long as I felt comfortable with some basic tools and abilities.
