Custom Security and Communication Systems, Inc. is a dynamic, locally owned and operated business. Its president, Norm Bauman, began learning the business at his father�s knee, assisting his dad with alarm installation since age ten. In the early 1980�s, Norm also worked for other security companies across New York State, gathering knowledge and honing his techniques. Seeing a need for reliable installation methods and more individualized customer service, he formed his own company, Custom Security Systems, in 1984.

"Norm and his crew did a great job setting up our new antenna and Tablo. They were respectful of our property, being sure to take their boots off before walking in the light colored carpet. They worked efficiently and quietly. When we were watching TV that night and noticed some slight pixelation, I called the day after and they came THAT NIGHT to make adjustments and were diligent to make sure we were satisfied. After months of being strung along by a different contractor, working with Custom Security was a blessing! I highly recommend them!"
