"We had an unfinished, subpar project started and left unfinished that we hired an acquaintance to do for us last year. (Contractor who did side jobs). BAD experience! Then I tried Angi and received an immediate response from Joe of Premium Property Maintenance and Mechanical. He and partner Chris came the next day to assess the type of job, possible obstacles and solutions to getting the job done and completed per our budget and my time-frame (to surprise my husband for our anniversary). I was very impressed with their knowledge and ability to answer all my questions and point out other contingencies they might encounter with the job. They were extremely polite and so kind and patient in their manner. Joe sent pics and updated me by text every day (we were away). He had everything finished by the time we came home.
