As it turned out, my skylight glass was actually cracked and had been for some time. nick gave me a price to repair the open/close mechanism and replace the glass. He asked for no money upfront (very unusual these days). He came the next day (arrived on time - also very unusual these days) went up on the roof, took out the old glass, put in the new glass and repaired the open/close mechanism. Within 40 minutes I had a beautiful new skylight with a 5 year warranty. I would HIGHLY recommend Nick and this company."
