Customers say: Quick response

"Mike from MFS Masonry has an excellent staff. Very professional, excellent workmanship. I couldn't be happier. Mike stopped by from time to time but his crew didn't need to be monitored. They are hardworking and punctual. My patio, sidewalks and stairs are beautiful. Everything in the work area was put back to rights, grass seed was applied, even mulch. No small item was left undone. If I need more work like this in the future, that is the company I will hire. Another impressing note, when Mike first came to give me an estimate, he had samples of the pavers in his truck. I didn't have to look at a book and try to imagine it. I could see the items. And once he listened to what I was interested in doing he provided me with suggestions based on his experience. Win-win."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn't be happier with the work Legacy Concrete did on my front sidewalk. They removed the old, damaged concrete and completely redid the walkway, and the results are outstanding. From the initial estimate to the final cleanup, their team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. The quality of the workmanship exceeded my expectations. The new sidewalk looks fantastic, has greatly improved the curb appeal of my home, and was completed with great attention to detail. The crew kept the work area clean, communicated clearly throughout the project, and made sure everything was done right. If you're looking for a reliable concrete company that takes pride in its work and delivers excellent results, I highly recommend Legacy Concrete. I would absolutely use them again for future projects. This company went above and beyond!"

"We had a messy curly willow
that was too close to the house for me to cut. Eddy were quick to
come out and give us a quote I could not refuse. They said they would
try to get us in before the weekend (4 days away) and they were at the
house a day later. They were safe, quick and cleaned up very well. Even
after they got into their truck to leave - the truck stopped, one of the
guys hopped out and ran out into the lawn to pick up a few missed
chips. I HIGHLY recommend this business!

"It went very well with this company being able to handle all the above jobs.  They did a thorough power washing before addressing all stucco cracks and applying 2 coats of BASF Thorolastic paint.  Their work on the wood trim and additional caulking of windows was also expert.  They were able to completely resolve a stucco leak that had been festering for years and catch/resolve damage on my chimney after I just sent them up to paint.  Head staff responsive, professional, and very easy to communicate with.  I highly recommend them.

"My schedule service for a new lawn irrigation system was schedule for 5/24 @830am. The plumber showed up on time but the crew showed up at 1pm. Left two messages for the contact person that Saturday but no phone call was returned and until today no apologies from the company. I was informed by one of the workers that the company double booked that time and was told to go to the other job. Unfortunately I was never informed of the time change. Due to the crew's late arrival I was unable to stay and do a final system inspection when the job was done. I had to schedule it for another time, minor adjustments had to be done."

Concrete Cutting questions, answered by experts

Choosing the right metal fabricator for your project begins with research. Find a reputable fabrication company by searching for reputable contractors in your area, and then reviewing photos of their previous work, customer reviews, and photos of the company’s workshop.

Once you’ve narrowed down the list, contact the companies to ask about the types of metal fabrication projects they specialize and inquire about guarantees and warranties on workmanship. You should also ensure the company uses high-quality material, and ask about the schedule and turnaround time for your proposed project.

The average cost for a welding project is about $300, with typical costs ranging from $125 to $490. However, prices can be as low as $125 for very small jobs or exceed $1,200 for large or complex projects. Welders typically charge an hourly rate between $65 and $150, depending on their experience, and many charge a minimum fee to cover overhead and travel expenses. The total cost is influenced by several factors, including labor, the cost of materials like metal rods and shielding gas, the type of metal being welded, the project's size and complexity, and your geographic location. For a precise quote, it's best to ask a local welder for an estimate based on your specific project.

This all depends on the tools you have on hand and whether you’re trying to cut a straight line or shapes.

The best tool to use for straight lines is either a circular saw or table saw. When cutting shapes, a jigsaw will be the easiest and most precise tool to use.

Costs depend on unit complexity, labor, wall mounting needs, and additional accessories like floating shelves.

Professional metal fabricators typically charge around $70 per hour, but the total cost of your project will depend on several factors. The largest cost drivers are the size, complexity, and design of the project, as well as the price and type of metal used. A good way to estimate the total cost is to multiply the cost of raw materials by four; typically, one-quarter of the total goes toward materials and three-quarters toward labor. Your geographic location can also influence costs, as labor and material prices vary by region.
