We later added removal of a wall and closet, replacing the dining room floor and painting the is one and the living room. We requested 7 quotes in total since this was a major project. The job started on the agreed date, and run as scheduled. Derek's team follows his professionalism, and they demonstrated a high level of expertise. Demolition (walls, closet, cabinets, etc), cleaning, framing, sheet-rock & taping, tile and back-splash work, plumbing and gas work, cabinets installation, electrical work, appliance installation, and painting were top. Bathroom tiles near vanity/mirror/behind toilet: The finish could have been a little better but the space was a bit cramped so I can understand. 
They helped fix a few additional things that were not in our agreement for free. For example, towards the end of the contracted work we noticed water leaking from another bathroom tub. Aziz applied some grout free of charge. A few days later, we realized that the water leak issue in the tub wasn't fixed so we called Aziz and he came over within a day or two and refinished the tiles. We have not noticed any leaks since then. Aziz also installed a few laminate tiles in the closet free of charge.
He was prompt in responding to my request for a quote and was available to start work within a short period. Work was completed over 3 days (as per plan). He was also responsive for small followup work that we needed."
