You’ll never see your security deposit regardless of how you leave the apartment, be prepared to write a 5 star review within minutes of signing the lease contract as pressured by said property manager. Maintenance is also unprofessional and does landlord specials instead of actual fixes for things in your apartment, they will have to “fix” it multiple times and even than it may still be broken, overall would look for something safer."
