He lied on his report and put that my roof has cracked and curled shingles which clearly there are not any. So therefore I reached out to him multiple times to ask him to explain and ask for removal of it but he refuses to communicate after spending 560$ on an appraisal which is just ridiculous anyways. He gets paid to be a professional and he is not.
