I had 1 glitch as the installed shower door was not the 1 I selected. The Project Manager noted the error, obtained the correct door & it was installed. "Ken went to work quickly, replacing the meter box and stub cable, making the small modifications in the panel.  He re- fastened the loose wires,including the telephone and CATV wires and drop lines, making for a neat arrangement on the siding, and saving me from having to contact the phone company to have them come and make repairs.  While he was completing his work he contacted the power company to come and restore power to the house thereby minimizing my outage.  He also made arrangements  for the inspection required when such cables are replaced.

Ken was very professional, advising me of the work that was required, and what was suggested, making sure that I understood what follow-up was necessary with the inspection.  It was a pleasure dealing with KWD, who made every effort to minimize my service outage.
