"We had a O&R rep show up to tell us that our meter was getting hot , they pulled the meter and found the panel burnt and lead arced and burnt . The O&R rep pulled the meter and left. Off a recommendation from a co worker we went with W.I.T . Devon showed up in no time assessed the situation and was working to repair it faster than I thought.
