"Nathan is very professional and customer oriented. I cannot believe that he was able to restore my bedroom carpet that other carpet cleaners were unable to do. The bubble gum cleaning fluid as he calls it and his new powerful machine did a fantastic job. I thought I would have to replace my carpet, but now I don't. He also explained the difference between a shampoo and a deep cleaning. I went for the latter for my bedroom and it really made a difference. That bedroom carpet was really a good test and Nathan passed with flying colors. Thank you, Nathan . Definitely recommend his company."

"I booked a 9 am appointment for an apartment cleaning. On the morning of the appointment, a simple dialogue was exchanged by text confirming my cleaning needs. At 8:45, I received a confusing text saying that there might be a conflict / overbooking and could i push it to 10:30 / 11. I asked for 10, 10:30 latest. I then received a text saying could they come clean at 11:30 or do i want to book for tomorrow? I cancelled. This is New York. We are all busy most of the time. "Needed my dryer vent cleaned. When Ned called I explained to him that I had two 90 degree angles. He assured me he had all the equipment needed to handle this job. When the two men arrived my husband showed them a picture of the two angles in the vent. One guy didn't speak english and walked away. Didn't even want to look at the picture. The other guy who spoke limited english just told us to call his boss. We told him his boss had already assured us they could do the job. Now for all the equipment they brought - a generator that they couldn't even get started. We have an outlet out back and told them to use it. They then just put a small hose in the vent which was blowing air. I was in the closet with the dryer and could hear the hose as it came in. It stopped at the first angle and couldn't bend to go any further. They then left. I was also told that they would bag up any lint that came out on the lawn. Big surprise - there wasn't any. My vent is still clogged."
