Professional Touch Cleaning and Consultants

I booked a 9 am appointment for an apartment cleaning. On the morning of the appointment, a simple dialogue was exchanged by text confirming my cleaning needs. At 8:45, I received a confusing text saying that there might be a conflict / overbooking and could i push it to 10:30 / 11. I asked for 10, 10:30 latest. I then received a text saying could they come clean at 11:30 or do i want to book for tomorrow? I cancelled. This is New York. We are all busy most of the time. Do better, or lose business, like mine. BKNY. May 2025
