"Dave, the owner, was very agreeable and pleasant to deal with, scheduling the work according to my time frame. His employees did a great job stretching carpeting as well as shampooing and were also pleasant to deal with. The carpet was steam cleaned with a very powerful suction extracting years of accumulated dirt out of the carpet. Much better than any portable hand operated unit could ever do. As another carpet cleaning company told me, make sure the company is experienced and works out of a truck for the cleaning. Carpet Doctor is the best!"

"The pro was very efficient and friendly. Shelby arrived on time and completed the job in the agreed upon time frame. Shelby did the normal cleaning but in addition she took it up a notch and cleaned areas I hadn’t even thought of. Felt like I got twice the cleaning for a reasonable price. "Alic , owner of AEL serviced my subzero and LG Chrome washer. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable on both. He answered my call the same day and a date and time for his visit was established. He ran 30 min late but called to explain why and when he would be at my home. Very professional and completed his work while telling me exactly what he needed to do. I will definitely use Alic for all of my appliances repairs. Very pleased with his work."
