Best kitchen cabinet refacing pros near Steuben, NY

"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

"Bill was quick to respond. Communicates well and sets expectations and keeps them. He takes pride in his work and pays attention to all the little details. He noticed the problem with why our walls kept popping and adjusted the materials he would use. He also tackled our adding our trim work that needed to be done as well. He likes to tackle other things than painting and has taken on several other jobs for us like repairing our front porch where it was rotting. He also raised our kitchen cabinets for us and has taken on a huge project of replacing our stairs and railings inside the house. You will not be sorry you hired Bill Rossi. He is reasonable and fair in his rates and easy to work with. I could not give a higher recommendation!"

"Mad City did a great job! We are very happy with our new kitchen countertop, bathtub and living room picture window."

"I hired Patrick through Angi to repair my bathroom floor, which had water damage and an uneven subfloor. From the start, they were professional and clearly knew what they were doing. They identified the source of the damage, explained the repair process step by step, and answered all of my questions. The job involved removing the damaged areas and replacing the old flooring with waterproof vinyl. The difference is night and day—the floor now feels completely solid and even, and the new flooring looks great and should hold up much better over time. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality of the work and would definitely recommend Patrick to anyone dealing with water-damaged or uneven bathroom flooring. Thank you again."

"Very pleasant to work with Don, the owner, and Monica, who kept in contact via phone as well as visiting the site. The carpenter on this project was unfailingly pleasant and patient with my numerous questions. He was careful and thorough. This project also included replacing 6 interior doors in an older home. I had no idea how much work was involved in retrofitting new doors into old framework. Dennis made dozens of trips, carrying doors up and down stairs, outside to work on them, and back inside fitting and finessing those doors. He also installed a stainless backsplash, and removed and cut back the kitchen windowsill to accommodate a new, larger faucet that he installed. My kitchen looks great, and the bathroom is awesome....fresh, safe, and stylish. Accomplished with professionalism and humor. Work space was kept as clean as possible, and all debris removed on the final day of the project. I enjoyed working with Don and Dennis, and Mike, who made several trips to deliver whatever was needed for this project."
