Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. "I called Quality Carpet last minute to see if I could schedule a carpet and couch cleaning.  They answered immediately and I booked an appointment for 3pm on Friday, the next day.  I told them if they had any earlier, to please let me know.  They ended up having a cancelation and called me to see if they could come at 10am.  They were very professional and thorough.  My carpets and couch look great!
