Even though he had given me the quote about four months prior to doing the job, when I reached out to him to actually come and do the installation, his price remained the same, very reasonable. On the day of the job, he showed up on time and was very friendly, respectful, and courteous. He did an excellent job and cleaned up after he completed the job. Alphaeus is genuinely a nice guy, and it was indeed a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Alphaeus to anyone looking for the type of services he provides. He has my permission to post photos of the backsplash job that he completed for me.

I used Alton to renovate my basement. I'm glad I did. His company does top quality work at a very reasonable price. He got the job done quickly and efficiently. He was extremely cooperative and an all-around nice guy. I give him my highest recommendation.

Review: Althaeus Tongue: What a gentleman! Apart from being totally reliable and extremely competent at tiling and carpentry, Mr. Tongue was a pleasure. Having done carpentry, myself, I felt that his prices were more than fair. The workers that he employs are also highly enthusiastic and aim to please. It took a total of about 5 days, on and off to finish this job, but there was never a mess left after any day. And, I always looked forward to talking with Mr. Tongue when they were through with the day's work. Truly, I could not have asked for better help with my problem.

Alton did a great job. We worked with each other's schedule to get the project completed and he left the work area clean, He was courteous and reasonably priced.

Alphaeus redid my basement to finish it & improve soundproofing (I use it for music studio). He insulated walls, put up drywall, trim, added doors I was missing, put in drop ceiling, & painted base coat. He also fixed walls of stairwell that were bowed ( had to be replaced). Itâ s a beautiful space & exactly what was hoping for, he did great job, would use again.

Very respectful and friendly. Member of my condo association asked for his card as he did great work and cleaned up after himself. Condo work comes with a long list of issues. Why I could not give 5 stars? Work was slow, but he was training a few other guys. A 1 day job turned into two days due to condo work time restrictions. Since he had to come back for a second day, I felt like he was trying to guilt me as though it was an inconvenience. Ultimately, he came back for a second day. Once it was just Alton, he did the work quickly.
