We found them on Angi for an emergency couch cleaning (our darling dog peed on our suede couch) and they were so flexible, professional, fast and saved my couch! This team is the ABSOLUTE best. We have had them come in for 2 couch cleans, a carpet clean, and a deep apartment clean, and let me tell you, there is truly no other team we'd let clean our apartment!!! And I mean it!! We have now retained them for monthly cleaning services as well. Angela and Dennis are the kindest souls and will give you the best service. "Based on reviews I read about Bau Services, I decided to hire him to clean the carpet in my living room, small office area, 2 hallways and 1 bedroom. Moreover, I was glad that I did! Every step of the process he explained what he was doing. He started by vacuuming the entire apartment, after doing that he pre-treated every surface and then worked that solution into the fibers with a bristle like broom. Bau uses the best cleaning solution in the deep extraction carpet cleaning machine. Who does this: Bau does, every step of the way during the cleaning process, Bau would stop to show me his progress to ensure that I was happy; which I was. I am pleased to say that my carpet through the apartment looks brand new. I'm a happy customer and I unequivocally recommend Bau Services."

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"
