He's professional, responsive, patient and finds solutions to all issues that invariably come up when you're dealing with old homes. Whether these change orders originated from him or us, they were never with exorbitant fees, but were billed for time and materials used. The final result far exceeded our expectations. "Basement Renovation. Work began on Feb 3. The Government imposed a work stoppage due to Covid-19 on Mar 22. Work resumed on May 15. Work completed on Jun 8. Proworks did an outstanding job renovating our basement. John and his team efficiently completed each phase providing design tips and suggestions along the way as we requested changes here and there during the build process.
