"Turns out, the worst segment of this process was the "estimator" who came out in person and gave me an extremely low ball quote that ended up being $5,000 less than the actual cost! The movers that packed my apartment were very polite and meticulous. Two months later (as agreed) the movers that delivered my stuff to Tennessee were unprepared with the proper tools (power drill) to reassemble my couch and wall unit. The office "Point Man", Adam did his best to keep me calm, but I was not satisfied with the entire process. A painful and expensive experience."

"I paid over $1,100 for what was supposed to be a deep cleaning and I am beyond disappointed. From the very beginning, I explained in detail what I needed and I was reassured multiple times that the job would be done properly. Instead, what I received was the opposite of professional cleaning. First, the basics were not even handled. Not all of the dishes were washed. Dirty dishes were left sitting on my son?s high chair and others were placed unwashed in the drain. That is completely unacceptable for any cleaning service, especially one charging this much money. I had stressed that the kitchen cabinets needed to be cleaned. I was even charged an additional fee for this, but the cabinets were barely touched. Even the hallway walls, which should have been included in a deep cleaning, were left dirty. What makes this situation worse is that I had another cleaner who quoted me $500. I chose this company and paid more than double because I wanted the work done right. I believed I was payi"
