You hardly knew they were there and every surface was covered as required from the areas they walked on to areas needing protection from work related dust. Their pricing was fair, there weren’t any unexpected surprises where that was concerned. They found a leak that we didn’t know about from the 2nd floor tub plumbing that would have affected the finish work that they were doing, in the future. They brought it to our attention and recommended a great plumber, who was able to come quickly and fix it, while not holding up the schedule GM had originally set. You should paint your home exterior every five to 10 years, on average. Climate and surroundings can affect how well paint holds up. Wood siding will likely need a fresh coat of paint every three to seven years. Paint on brick tends to last about eight to 17 years, on average.
