Franklin and his associate were gentlemen and displayed the utmost of professionalism in their work. They were a pleasure to have working in our home. You hardly knew they were there and every surface was covered as required from the areas they walked on to areas needing protection from work related dust. Their pricing was fair, there weren’t any unexpected surprises where that was concerned. They found a leak that we didn’t know about from the 2nd floor tub plumbing that would have affected the finish work that they were doing, in the future. They brought it to our attention and recommended a great plumber, who was able to come quickly and fix it, while not holding up the schedule GM had originally set. The plumbers price was fair even under emergency timing circumstances! No, we wouldn’t have been treated more professionally or fairly by anyone else. I’m sure of that! In a nutshell we want them back for future work and would highly recommend GM to anyone.

A job well done, had to improvise a bit, but, that's how some job go. Came on time, got it done in a reasonable period of time, had all the tools he needed and cleaned up. Good job, we will use him again

It went phenomenally well. Gs contracting did a fantastic job they were nothing less than stellar. There was was best clean and efficient. I would 1000% percent recommend them for all your handyman needs. They are also very courteous and polite. My experience in working with them was more than I expected.

Franklin & John are 2 very nice guys. I hired them to assemble a shed, 1/2 way into the assembly, I noticed the size was incorrect (fault of manufacturer). They unassembled & b/c I didn’t have a truck, offered to return it for me at Lowe’s. I will use them in the future & definitely recommend them!!!

I hired him to do my condo that needed a good plaster and paint. He did such a good job with the painting and plastering all the holes that were there. So good that my mom hired him to do her condo as well. He did great job for both places and he was very afforable to what is out there. I definaley recommnded him. THE BEST.....

I had a wonderful experience with Gs Contracting! Frank was able to meet with me in just a couple of hours after calling him to explain the work I was looking to get done in my new home. When I asked his opinion on how to handle certain repairs to my walls he was very honest, not at all pushing me to do the more expensive fix which I truly appreciated. His pricing was fair and he was able to put me on his schedule quickly like I wanted. Him and his workers were absolutely amazing. They were neat, fast and did a beautiful job. Frank really went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I were happy with the work. He was professional and considerate. I highly recommend Gs Contracting and I plan to use them again in the near future!
