The extra mile: During the project, a small scratch on a kitchen cabinet door appeared. It was nobody’s fault per say, and wasn’t even that noticeable. DBC reached out and offered to replace the entire door at no cost to us stating that they felt since the item was new it should look new. This is only one example of the many ways they strive to go above and beyond. Follow up: Even after the project was complete, they followed up to ensure that everything was satisfactory."
