After suffering through two other contractors and their failures, one of whom insisted major replacement of components was required, this contractor achieved an effective, lasting repair.

Replaced the hot water tank with a shorter, larger diameter unit. As a result the tank had to be forced up against the cold water supply and the emergency venting pipe to align with existing piping. Also, the tank was placed partly on the floor and partly on the rug, which created a tilted installation of the tank. Not a professional installation in my opinion. Would not hire again.

He was nice at first visit. But he was very rude , left a huge mess ! I would never use him again. Ok so if you have your own business you should treat everyone with the utmost respect and courtesy. Not him. He was messy, rude , inconsiderate, . I won't go into details but I would never use him again!!

"I feel both badly and surprised that the customer feels this way. I do feel however that the complaint is not fairly represented On 2/3/2017 The Job was not a $100 job, it involved installing a furnace for the [Member Name Removed]'s. I converted the furnace to L/P/ GAS, relocated and installed a new thermostat away from the existing pellet stove. The value of this is more in the $4000.00 range. Regarding the mess complaint; The basement was a dirt floor so I put down cardboard cover over the surfaces leading to a floating floor with vinyl flooring. I tried to mop but she insisted on taking care of it herself. Additionally I hauled away the old furnace and in addition a hot water tank that was in the basement from a previous installer. During installation, to maintain focus I needed to keep my questions short and direct because her answers where some what long and not on topic. Unfortunately in that regard I may have seemed abrupt. Sorry that she's feeling this way. I always try to please everyone as best I can, but apparently it doesn't always happen."

We had several Dripping fixtures/pipes in different locations at our house, that needed to be fixed. We called several different plumbers to see if they could come and fix them. Mr. Bollman answered our call right away and came within an hour and half. two hours later he had fixed all the drips and corrected a few other issues we didn't even see that were happening. He was very pleasant to work with, very knowledgeable and professional! His Rates were very affordable and we are now 100% leak free! Thanks to Bollman Plumbing services we can finish out our day without any worries or drips.

I am very happy with the fixtures he installed. They look great and work great. He corrected the way the pipes had been installed many years ago when an addition was added to the house. He also replaced a badly plugged drain pipe and cleaned out the end of it. I am really happy with the way it all turned out. I have already told him that I will be having him come back to do some other plumbing work for me.

I have new carpeting and he brought a guy with him who worked in the kitchen. Neither one of them took shoes off or dirty boots off and the guy who was working in the kitchen had caulking on his shoes that he trailed through my living room and then to the bathroom where the Bollman was working. So, I had to call a carpet cleaner after they left and I also had to call another plumber because the Bollman told me he doesn't want to do anything with the shut off at the main water pipe coming into the basement because it could be a $5000 bill to have a whole new pipe going out to the street. I went down to the basement after he left and there was no water on the basement floor. So, I had to call another plumber and he came out and fixed it. I wasn't happy. I left him a message to call me and he never called me until like a week later. My bathroom was a big huge mess from him. So, the caulking wasn't the only problem. It's just somebody I would never use again and I would never recommend him.

"Yes some of this is true, I did get a little caulk on the rug which i cleaned up.There was such a small amount you couldn't even see it when i left.She told me when i left that it was fine and she didn't see anything on the rug. All the plumbing in the bathroom that i fixed was working fine.I cleaned everything up after removing the entire vanity to replace the shut off valves. As for the shut off valve in the basement i tightened the bonnet nut as much as i could but was concerned that it was going to break.If this had broke it could of been a big problem.The pipe going to the street would need to be replaced,but not $5000.I never told her that! I'm very sorry about this situation, i always try to do the best job i can.Sometimes thing happen that you try to correct but circumstances happen that are out of my control."

It went great. This is an old house and the kitchen drain had a leak he changed the pipe. Was rusty old medal pipe now PVC. Shower drain leaked fixed that toilet unstable had wrong parts when your had been installed . A few weeks ago there was a leak in the wall and he fixed that. Great service great price was very professional . Will always call him again.

He came the same day I called to give me a job estimate and came a few days later to do the job. He was on time, and called before he came to let me know he was on his way. He was professional and thorough. He did a great job and we would recommend him. He also saw that our toilet wasn't working as it should and just fixed it for us.
