The office person that I spoke with gave me information that I explained to the service man and he states that they were not aware of a paticular service in getting out mice in my home. Actually what they did I was doing anyway but did not know exactly where to place all of the traps. I am not sure this was worth my money and time. I gave a fair rating because of the courtsey I was given. The work done I am not to pleased. Thank You"
