"I recently hired Acceptable Environment to install a new radon mitigation system in my home in Warwick, NY, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very first call, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. They walked me through the entire process clearly, answered all my questions about the system and what to expect, and scheduled the work promptly. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and installed the new system with minimal disruption to my household. They went above and beyond by carefully sealing the basement foundation and taking every precaution to contain dust and debris. When they finished, they cleaned up so thoroughly that you’d never know major work had just been done — no mess left behind at all. The best part? The post-mitigation testing came back with radon levels at just 0.3 pCi/L — down from well above EPA action levels before the install."

"Chris was a clear, effective communicator, very professional, clear and transparent in his billing, and did a clean and effective job. Chris showed up on time, got the job done in the time he said, and made us comfortable and confident in his work. We had a really messed up (and ugly) radon system in our home; what we have now is aesthetically a huge improvement and mitigates radon significantly better. Highly recommended."

"For Radon mitigation, this is the place to go"

My name is Brian Kiernan, Certified Professional Home Inspector with Master Home Inspection Professionals, inc. I am a certified New York State home inspector instructor and I currently teach in two home inspection schools. I am OSHA safety and health certified. I have spent years in the construction industry and I have worked on many homes. After seeing home inspection issues that were found (and sometimes unfortunately missed) I spent a great deal of time researching and repairing these issues with my own hands. I take this hands-on experience to each and every home inspection. I believe that a home inspector should not just walk around your home with a clip board, but also work hard and be willing to get dirty to find issues. I take a great deal of pride in every home inspection I perform. I appreciate very much the seriousness of what I do. After all, this is a large purchase, and you want the best home inspection possible - and that is what I strive to provide each and every time! I work diligently to use every bit of my experience to provide you with the best home inspection possible. Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult, and unlike most professionals, you likely will not get a chance to meet your home inspector until the actual home inspection. Ultimately, a thorough and reliable home inspection depends greatly on the individual home inspector. If you choose me to be your home inspector, I guarantee you will get my very best effort. This I promise you.

"As a realtor, I found Rich from Expedient Environmental Solutions while searching for a client who needed mold remediation. He and his crew did an excellent job at a fair price. They finished on time and left the home clean. So, when I was looking personally to have basement waterproofing (interior french drains and sump pump) along with radon mitigation, I received 3 quotes, of which theirs was the most comprehensive plan, and again not the highest quote overall. They finished the work ahead of schedule by bringing four workers the second day, were respectful throughout and left the area reasonably clean. I'm confident that my days (and nights!) with the shopvac and flooded basement are finally over, and grateful they stand behind their work for a full year. Good contractors are hard to find. Glad I found them. Thanks and I highly recommend!"

"They only tested for mold no other toxins It was only an air test A MOMENT IN TIME I was told so how accurate is this?? There's mold but not what they consider a problem. I can't breathe in my home It smells like mold The mold is in the walls Im not sure how the tests are accurate. Also They ruined my leather couch with the mist from the test pod"
