She has a firm grasp of design concepts and gave us functional and beautiful designs. She is a skillful communicator, equally strong at explaining choices and listening to and addressing our concerns or preferences. Emily kept the projects on track and made herself available for our questions. Our initial choice for laminate flooring for the kitchen was discontinued by the manufacturer. Emily immediately contacted us, and we met. She presented other recommended choices that would work with our counter top choice and existing cabinetry.
