As a result, it was really wonky and challenging to fix. The footings were also shifting and at least one of the support posts was rotting. We hired Onn Point to level out the deck and replace the existing footings with new, deeper footings. They successfully decoupled the roof from the deck using temporary supports so they could level everything out. They also carefully dug the new footing holes all the way to bedrock by hand and drilled in rebar to ensure the new footings would not move. They knew the footing depth was important to me and showed me each completed excavation before they poured the concrete. Communication was excellent and the price was very reasonable."

"We hired Valleyview Masonry to replace 42 feet of a basement wall. We had to have them come back and fix the cracks between the blocks, they had to fix the French drain because they had it blocked off with concrete. Now after paying them $14,000 we are having problems with the drainage they put in! We have spoke to Gideon numerous times about this issue and they still have not come to fix it and not even a call back! I would not refer them to anybody! They have terrible customer service!!!!!!"
