They followed up on my query within a couple of hours, came to inspect exactly on the dot, did the research to get me the top-of-the-line replacement, and gave me a very competitive estimate. I independently verified the details, and everything was correct and accurate. The crew came when promised, did the installation well within the estimated time and left the place spotless.
