"We hired Valleyview Masonry to replace 42 feet of a basement wall. We had to have them come back and fix the cracks between the blocks, they had to fix the French drain because they had it blocked off with concrete. Now after paying them $14,000 we are having problems with the drainage they put in! We have spoke to Gideon numerous times about this issue and they still have not come to fix it and not even a call back! I would not refer them to anybody! They have terrible customer service!!!!!!"

"It went excellent! We have had a leak in our ceiling for quite a few years now, and Ethan was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. Since we’ve had those severe thunderstorms the last couple of weeks, we have had no leaking whatsoever. We are very happy with the quality of his work! We have even asked him to come back next year and do both of our garage roofs!"

Hung up on me when I called on her behalf. Should really be ashamed of himself taking advantage of the elderly. Told him that if he couldn’t help her I was going to write a bad review…he said “go ahead” and hung up on me."
