Peter came out to do the initial estimate—he spent over 45 minutes carefully measuring, inspecting, and answering all my questions, including detailed discussions about installing heat cables to prevent ice dams. He was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, which immediately put me at ease. Given the size and structure of my home, I was initially nervous about how well a gutter system would integrate with a metal roof. But I was pleasantly surprised by the results. The very next day, a well-organized crew of 8 professionals led by Tim arrived with two trucks. They worked hard for nearly 10 hours and completed about 90% of the project in just one day.
