"The Thomas' Pest Control employee arrived on time, assessed the situation, and completed the work quickly. He sprayed a powder (environmentally friendly) into the two holes leading to the yellow-jacket nest. He then went back to assess how the yellow-jackets were responding and noted that they were getting covered with the power and were starting to die. He let me know that it could take up to 7-10 days to take full effect but that I should check in a few days and let them know if I was still seeing a lot of activity. He spent some time with me answering my questions to and was very knowledgeable. With the Angie's List discount, it came to $179 and had a 30 day guarantee.

"Eco Quality Landscaping was first to respond to my requests for estimates. Andrew responded to my questions quickly; and when I agreed to their estimate, the project was done within a couple of days. Matt and Justin came on time on the day scheduled and had the work done by mid-afternoon. Andrew stopped by as well, and they all made helpful suggestions. The space looks great. They were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable.

"Arrived exactly when they said they would. They were considerate and listened to my concerns, reassuring me regarding their process and explaining what could and couldn't be done. The pressure washing took a little less than two hours. If you look carefully afterward you can tell they paid attention to the details. We inspected the house afterward and everything looked good. Price seemed fair. If you're trying to find a company to pressure wash your house who have experience and take pride in their work, I'd recommend these guys. A couple of notes: 1. Afterwards, when the house is cleaned, you'll be comparing clean parts of the siding to slightly less clean parts and may be underwhelmed. I recommend taking before and after pictures of your house. I've attached some for my house to this review. The before and after pics really made me realize what a good job they did. (take some closeups of bad areas too) 2. Have realistic expectations. They are cleaning your siding, not replacing it. If the siding doesn't "sparkle" afterward, it's because the siding old (and oxidized), not because it isn't clean. 3. They call you the night before to confirm the appointment. If you can't make it, you can leave a check for them somewhere. All they need is access to an external faucet (they need a water supply)
