"The project was very successful. Felgemacher listened to our needs and we developed a joint plan for staging the project. The work was professionally done in a timely manner. When we found a small gas leak in one of the fireplaces that was caused by poor assembly at the fireplace factory, they quickly found the source and corrected it. We are pleased with the results."

"This one went ok. The people were very knowledgeable and the package came when it came. It took us a little while to get it set up. They said that we would get two months free trial but we noticed that at the end of the first month they charged us. They sent out the package, you set it up yourself and then you call them to activate it. We got a second smoke alarm as a part of the deal and they said it would work as long as it was within 200 feet from the house. We discovered that the smoke alarm didn’t work and so we rang them to see if we could swap it for a carbon monoxide detector but they said we only had 30 days to swap it out but the 30 days had passed but because we didn’t install it for about two weeks and they’d given us two month instead of 30 days we thought that we would be able to swap it out because we tried quite hard to make the alarm work and we moved it to different places in the barn. So if I have any criticism that would be the criticism. I would tell someone in the future to be careful about the 60 and 90 days and try to get it in writing and to check when the first deposit will be taken from your account."
