"I was a little disappointed because I hired this company based on the reviews and the issue was not resolved the first time the pro came out and I had to pay twice for him to come back to adjust the same issue. I would have to say that maybe my pro was not as experienced in handling my heat issue but I would not dissuade others to not hire this company."

"Can't really find the words to express my full satisfaction with Kalthoff Handyman Services. I hired them to rebuild a very difficult deck---hillside/rock. They worked very hard to build a beautiful deck---quite an accomplishment. They worked thru late fall with very cold temperatures---never with a complaint. The price was fair and they never found reasons to raise the price. I was so pleased I asked them to do other jobs---new kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms (one was down to the studs), flooring in 2 bedrooms, front steps, insulation. Prices remained fair throughout. Always done professionally and with attention to detail/finishes. Tile work is beautiful/first rate. In the winter, the water froze (pipe in ground). They fixed it (found a way to solve the problem)---no charge. Really quite superior and I am fully satisfied with their work. Cory has the highest standards and completes whatever he says. I recommend them most highly and feel very fortunate to have found them."

His skill impresses me more with each job he finishes. John excels in craftsmanship and communication, delivering finished projects that meet and exceed expectations, while also providing excellent customer service and attention to detail. He takes time to explain his ideas and the reasons for them. John’s expertise seems to have no limit, at least none that I know of. His estimates are more than fair. "I had a terrible experience with Ace Kitchen and Appliances when they renovated my kitchen. The entire process took 2-3 weeks longer than promised, STILL NOT FINISHED! which was frustrating from the start. But the real problems began with their poor craftsmanship. To begin with, the pantry wasn't even properly secured to the wall, and I noticed nails carelessly sticking out of the cabinets. The kitchen sink was shockingly installed backwards. On top of that, many of the cabinets were scratched up, and to make matters worse, they damaged my floors and walls during the installation, leaving scratches on both and peeling paint off the walls. They didn’t bother sealing the cabinets or the sink correctly, leaving gaps and an overall unprofessional finish. The soap dispenser for the kitchen sink wasn’t installed at all, and their carelessness didn’t stop there—they even damaged my front door by forcing cabinets through without properly opening it. Overall, I am deeply disappointed with Ace Kitchen and Appliances. Their lack of attention to detail, careless handling of my home, and delays have made this a nightmare renovation. I would not recommend them to anyone."

"Anthony was very polite, we’ll priced and accommodating with our crazy dogs as well as my very picky wife, he made a quick job of running all the wire and installing 25 or so outlets, a few ceiling fans and some light fixtures. Ill be calling him for every renovation I do from now on and would definitely recommend Anthony for any electrical needs that you may have."
