I have cleaned for a full time job since 2021 in Seneca County, NY in order to have a more flexible schedule for my family needs. I was recommended by many to start cleaning as a business because I love cleaning and helping others who can't or just can't find the time to keep things looking good in their home. My list of clients tell me my rates are great and they actually offer me pay increases because I never increase my rates. I have many people who have signed on and remained for years and are like extended family. I care about my clients and their well being. It's amazing how helping someone be more comfortable in their home benefits them in so many ways. I love my job and the people I work for because without them I wouldn't be able to survive, and that carries a lot of weight with me, as it should with any cleaner. So many times I've heard the horror stories of cleaning companies by my clients who say their old cleaners just stopped coming, or raised the rates, or didn't clean when they came. I feel that if you have made time for me it is my job to honor that commitment and keep my clients happy and satisfied with the service they received from me.
