"To say that Damien and his crew went above and beyond would be an understatement. After a no-show provider stood us up on Thursday and then again on Friday, we called him with a hail mary request to hopefully complete the entire project over the weekend so we could keep Monday's scheduled work. Not only did he rally a crew on incredibly short notice, they worked past midnight on Saturday to make sure it was far enough along to complete on Sunday, which they did. I couldn't be happier...the work was better than I expected and they seriously rescued this phase of the overall project. Working with corrugated metal sheets doesn't look fun, but they went right to it, and I really appreciate what he did for us. The work was affordable, on point, and their work ethic is off the charts. Ongoing communication was provided and I don't think anyone should hesitate to hire B&L. They'll show up as promised, they'll perform beyond expectations, and they'll restore your faith in a profession rife with no-shows, scammers, and inferior work. "Maria and her team were very professional and courteous. They worked well together and hardly ever took breaks. This team hand brushed the entire house and it looks great. Clean-up was well done too. Maria was one of the only painters in the area that was willing to work us into her very busy schedule. She knew we had a very strict timeline and the job had to be finished quickly (we had renters arriving). Despite all the rain we had last week and an unfortunate personal issue, they got the job done just in time. I'm grateful for Maria and her team and their diligence. "We shopped and spoke with many "facade restoration experts" before choosing to work with High Tech and we are so glad we did our research. Shaiful was by far the most knowledgeable contractor we spoke with and made us feel confident that he was capable of solving our issues.  When it was clear that there was no saving our original cornice, he offered up more than one suitable way forward. We decide to let his crew re-create the original piece from stone. The work they did left us with a beautiful and artistic facade the functions well in collecting rain water from the roof. The crew was respectful, clean and on time. They went above and beyond all of our expectations in touching up every minor detail so that the whole front of the house was left looking brand new. We could not be happier. Our home looks better than we could have imagined. I recommend High Tech Construction with no hesitation.
