That seems to be pretty normal based on the other contractors I contacted for estimates. True to his word, Heath scheduled my job within about 2 weeks, and got it done in one day. He worked with me prior to that to figure out what kind of door I wanted, and the color I wanted it painted. So the door had been purchased and painted and was ready for installation by the time they came to do the job. The job was completed and came out just as I'd hoped, and the end cost of the job was exactly what Heath had given me as an estimate. "When we moved-in to the "new" old house, the ceiling looked terrible. It was not even and had some rustic effect. There were holes on the sides of the room, and the cold was coming from them in the winter, and it was too hot in the summer. They have installed new sheetrock on the ceiling where it was required to make it look even and on the walls. Then applied spackle and painted the room and the hallway. Then installed new chandelier.  I have also bought some additional shelves for the walk-in closet that were installed as well. We had very old floors which they made to look better. Very happy with my new bedroom and the closet."
