I got three estimates and Wells Asphalt was the lowest ($2250). I had actually selected a different company to do the job at first (Ever Ready) based on their positive reviews here and their estimate not being much higher, but after several failed attempts to schedule the job (they never called back when they said they would), I decided to go with Wells. After the first scheduled date got pushed back due to a storm, they showed up promptly the next day. It was a three-man team. They showed up at 9 AM and were finished with the job by lunchtime. Most of them wanted to charge $3 per square foot for the resurfacing. According to research that I had done on the Internet, it should not be more than $2 per square foot.
