To begin, they were supposed to caulk ALL four of the widows in my home. THREE OUT OF FOUR WINDOWS WERE CAULKED and PAINTED. 2. The incorrect roller was used as now I have an Orange Peel result on my walls. 3. They were hired to SKIM COAT my bathroom hallway---ONLY HALF OF THE CEILING IS SKIM COATED. Skim coating when done correctly leaves the area as new. SRP work left pinholes on my wall and did not sand down the spackling on the wall. 4. The entrance to my kitchen has an area that was previously spackled. Instead of correcting this area, they painted over the imperfection 5. Paint on ceiling 6. Paint drips due to non-existent knowledge of how to paint with a roller. 7. Cracks in walls were not repaired as you can see f"

You should paint your home exterior every five to 10 years, on average. Climate and surroundings can affect how well paint holds up. Wood siding will likely need a fresh coat of paint every three to seven years. Paint on brick tends to last about eight to 17 years, on average.

Painting the trim a different color or painting intricately designed trim can also increase the cost.
You should apply at least two coats of paint when painting the exterior of your house. Two coats of paint provides better durability and more even coverage than just one coat.
