We scheduled the job for Monday. He went with an assistant. The assistant was polite and he did the job efficiently under Mr Serge's supervision. They cleaned the work place and I couldn't say that I had a man working in my bathroom and living room for a whole day.
Mr Serge was very honest in his evaluation of the problem. He knew what he was doing. At the end he closed the hole that I had on my ceiling and he painted it for the same price.
