"Alan arrived on time and after a survey of the work needed gave an estimate within an hour and scheduled the work within the week. Alan's crew arrived promptly and performed all the work carefully, removed and returned items on the deck and porch. The entire work was performed to our satisfaction. Happy with the work done and will use West Side in the future.

"The principal came within the hour on a Sunday to review the scope of work and provided a written estimate. I asked for and received a copy of insurance certificates. Work was performed by two men over several days in two segments. All work on the original scope as well as some additional work was performed neatly and completely. Work was performed while I was away and on weekends when I was home.
I did not have the stumps ground down because there were too many and I had them removed completely by an excavator.

Rich and Donald took the time to advise us on the best colors for each room and we are extremely happy with the service. We were especially pleased that they were able to start painting right away. This allowed us to start moving our furniture into the house and set it up quickly, rather than wait for an opening in their schedule, as we would have had to do had we gone with another service.
