John and Zack went above and beyond by helping us with an additional plumbing job after competely completing the needed repair. John also alerted us to a situation that, if left uncorrected, will be a costly repair. At no point did he pressure us or try to take advantage of the situation. We believe John was simply providing us with good service and at a reasonable cost. We also noticed John interacted with his employee, in a respectful manner.
