"Our roof had leaked water through the ceiling in a second floor apartment after a heavy rainstorm. Steve and his crew stopped by the next day to look at the repairs needed to my roof. He sent me pictures of the areas on the roof that were missing shingles and spot pointing that was needed on my chimney. Steve sent me a written estimate for the scope of the work and included a 1 year guarantee for the repair work. Steve and his crew came out the very next day and completed all the repairs. Steve sent me a lot of pictures of the completed work. Steve also gave me an estimate to repair the water damaged ceiling inside the apartment.
