They were on time everyday and completed the job timely. They were flexible and accomodated our schedule. They cleaned up after the project was completed, which turned out really well.

Rizâ s company was initially contacted to address a roof leak. Riz convinced us that a full roof replacement was necessary. However, after the new roof was installed, the leaks continued in the same area as the original issue. Riz attributed the problem to the flashing around the roof and claimed to have fixed it, but the roof is still leaking. The new roof was unnecessary. Despite multiple attempts to get him to repair the roof, he has been unresponsive. But, he will return calls from unfamiliar numbers. For over a year, I have tried to get him to complete the work, but he continues to ignore me. His disregard for my time and money is unacceptableâ Iâ ve even taken days off work for appointments he didnâ t keep. His service was substandard.

Mr. Riz manipulated my elder father into doing additional and unnecessary work and refused to provide detail work orders and a receipt for all the work he did. My father paid an additional $13,000 from the initial hired project and he refused to provided details on the projects and issue a formal receipt for tax purposes.

Gold Brick Construction over charged me for replace the gutters in the front of my house. Once they removed the gutters, he stated that a piece of wood about two feet needed to be replaced and he charged me an additional $1,200. He was also supposed to patch the roof of my backyard deck and itâ s still leaking in all the same places. I called and emailed him several names and he kept saying he will stop by and never did. Now, the water is not coming out of the new gutters he installed. Save yourself and stay away!

I needed to add pavers in my backyard. He gave a good price. He did not communicate about when he was coming or going and showed up at random times to work. He uncovered additional work, so charged $1,500 extra, which I still thought was fair. Shortly after he was done, the bricks started separating. I called him to ask him to repair it, and he has not done so yet. It has now been 2 and a half months since then and he has not fixed them. It was not worth the money. I would not recommend it.
