"From the beginning, James was very professional and thorough in providing me with details about the job. He gave me a fair estimate and the time span for the work. He and his crew arrived on the appointed date, James again reviewed the work to be done and answered all questions. His crew worked diligently the whole day with an appropriate lunch break. I provided James with the color paint I wanted for the room. It was only after he purchased the paint that I realized that it would be too dark. James was patient with my dilemma of trying to decide on a color. He personally escorted me to the paint store to be sure I would get the color I wanted. "Very Satisfied.  Arrived on time - called before arriving.  I had removed the top layer of the wallpaper initially, therefore, they only had to remove the backing of paper.  However, it had been done many years ago with wallpaper paste, which made it difficult to remove.  but they never stopped trying, and did not leave until it was finished (without a break)  I don't remember their names, but one was Pierre (both very helpful with tips on what to do and recommended a primer for the wall after job was completed. The other gentleman spackled areas of wall where needed which I don't think he had to do.  They also left remaining supplies in case I needed - which I  thought was very nice.
My only recommendation would be the use of a powerful steamer which I have heard  other contractors use instead of the little scrapper, and wallpaper removal liquid.   l believe would have made it easier to removed especially when paste has been used instead of the prepasted wall paper.
Otherwise, I was very satisfied, and would recommend.

I am a stickler when it comes to paint. We've all been there, spending hours prepping the surface when it was supposed to be "paint-ready." Aside from some very minor spots to sand, their work was absolutely paint-ready. We had an extension added to an existing room with layers of plaster and sheetrock and were worried about the old and new surfaces matching seamlessly. Not only did the team fur up the the new area, the entire room was skim coated to perfection. After paint, we can't even tell where the transition is. Overall, I can't say enough good things about Champion. Their prices were competitive and they did the work on time and on budget. I highly recommend them for any interior project without hesitation and I'd use them again in a heartbeat."
