"From the beginning, James was very professional and thorough in providing me with details about the job. He gave me a fair estimate and the time span for the work. He and his crew arrived on the appointed date, James again reviewed the work to be done and answered all questions. His crew worked diligently the whole day with an appropriate lunch break. I provided James with the color paint I wanted for the room. It was only after he purchased the paint that I realized that it would be too dark. James was patient with my dilemma of trying to decide on a color. He personally escorted me to the paint store to be sure I would get the color I wanted. "I was very surprised at how expensive it would be to paint my condo since the square footage was only 1,199. The living room had cathedral ceilings and there were some dark colors used from the previous owner. I was told because of the dark colors and high ceiling, it would take several coats of paint to cover it and a primer would have to be used. I also wanted to use Benjamin Moore, which I know is more expensive. I needed to have it painted right away. I decided to have the job done by PM Quality painting because they were very professional and I had read the reviews. It went very well. I was told it would be finished in 3 or 4 days, but it was finished in two days because they had extra help. I was extremely happy with the outcome. There were no issues and the cleanup was terrific. They took the extra time to do the caulking where it was needed and to patch up any holes in the wall. It was expensive, but it was worth it. I would definitely recommend them again."
