"From the beginning, James was very professional and thorough in providing me with details about the job. He gave me a fair estimate and the time span for the work. He and his crew arrived on the appointed date, James again reviewed the work to be done and answered all questions. His crew worked diligently the whole day with an appropriate lunch break. I provided James with the color paint I wanted for the room. It was only after he purchased the paint that I realized that it would be too dark. "Brian was the only person who was able to get the job done before we moved in.  In addition, he was able to do the job for less than any other offer.  Selected him was a no-brainer.
He removed all the wallpaper from one room (a very tough job) and skim coated.  He then painted that room and another.  He worked late to get the job done on our schedule.  We couldn't have been happier.

"Very Satisfied.  Arrived on time - called before arriving.  I had removed the top layer of the wallpaper initially, therefore, they only had to remove the backing of paper.  However, it had been done many years ago with wallpaper paste, which made it difficult to remove.  but they never stopped trying, and did not leave until it was finished (without a break)  I don't remember their names, but one was Pierre (both very helpful with tips on what to do and recommended a primer for the wall after job was completed. The other gentleman spackled areas of wall where needed which I don't think he had to do.  They also left remaining supplies in case I needed - which I  thought was very nice.
My only recommendation would be the use of a powerful steamer which I have heard  other contractors use instead of the little scrapper, and wallpaper removal liquid.   l believe would have made it easier to removed especially when paste has been used instead of the prepasted wall paper.
Otherwise, I was very satisfied, and would recommend.

"I had hired Nick a couple of years ago to paint the outside of the house I was living in. His men did an incredible job. When I bought my apartment, I called him in to do the work. I did not even bother to get another estimate. He is expensive, and worth every penny. He painted a 2400 sq. ft. apartment to my color specifications, hung wallpaper, removed a closet door and framed it out for a new bifold door, attached door stops and switch and outlet plates, had his electrician  hang fixtures, and do wiring for TV and internet. He removed a whole wall of mirror which was becoming detached from the wall, and repaired and painted that wall. No one would ever know anything had hung there at one time. I did wind up paying over and hove the figure above, because I then had the electrician remove a good bit of recessed lighting, and install LED lighting."
