"My consultation with Stellar was scheduled within a day, met with Patrick on 5/1/25. Time was taken to understand the process, everything that is involved and what my options were. Time was taken to listen to what we wanted/didn’t want and thorough explanation given of the entire process. On 5/2/25 Stellar contracting called to review details and confirm our choices. On 5/5/25 Stellar scheduling called and full installation scheduled for 5/9/25, completed 1 day! The crew and project manager, Cisco, were fabulous to deal with on the install day and even after. A link was provided where we could see pictures of the whole project as it happened. Cisco was readily available on install day and even after with questions and concerns. It was obvious that Cisco did care about the roof we were getting and took pride in the quality of the job that was done. The crew paid good attention to the clean up, there was a lot of debris all over the place. Looking forward to future business with them!"

"I am sure that all positive reviews for this company are fake. Nothing that was promised to me was delivered. My siding project is still ongoing for over 1 month. Was told that it would be done in week. Had one rain day. They have system like this: 1) sales person who never installed anything he will promise you things that obviously are not true, 2) crew that is subcontracted but not Gunner, mine was driving for over 2 hours away, 3) person who oversees the project but has little control over anything, no supply, doesn't know the crew, crew does not listen to him, main office does not listen to him, 4) main office does not reply to you. They just tell me to talk to project manager who has no control. So you understand that if there are any issue you are on your own. Quality or work is not good. Many times I had to point to the crew what's wrong, planks are broken yet they were still installing it, caulking is done they way that I can do it better, they cut wires to awning etc"

"I rented for seven years. It was a constant nightmare. No pest control, maintenance requests are just ignored or months late, rent hikes are constant. Total scum lords. Rent hikes costed me $700 monthly ($100 more each year) Told me to pay for my own pest control for the rodents and roaches at this property and won’t pay me back (totally breaks the law and doesn’t care) Using rent fixing as well. Run for the hills, hopefully these terrible deplorable peoples will shut their doors soon."

He was very professional, kept me informed of the progress, consulted me whenever decisions needed to be made, provided valuable advice, and carried out the work in the best possible way. Being a fantastic artist in another life, he had a sharp eye for detecting problems and creative ways for solving them. I found him to be extremely hardworking and he had great work ethics. The awesome part of having him do all these things was that he ended up doing far more than he had promised. I wasn't expecting all the things that he did to make my deck and porch look fantastic. In addition, he even fixed things that he saw needed small repairs without me even asking him to fix them at no extra charge. He paid attention to details and aesthetics. His work was of excellent quality. He is easily the best professional I have employed at my house. I highly recommend him. Super guy!!!"

"C. Michael Exteriors Simply amazing! Who would have thought that two bathrooms could be completely remodeled in just 5 days with minimum interrupAons to the household. We searched for someone that could do a complete installaAon of a new bathroom in our completely guCed space that used to be a bathroom many years ago. Most people we consulted with only was interested in dealing with the shower/tub part and not with updaAng the rest of the room. That was unAl we had C. Michaels stop over and take a look at what we wanted and needed. It was an easy process selecAng the design items for the new shower stall and going over all the other updates including new plumbing, electrical and floors. In our conversaAon, it would in our best interest to update our upstairs bathroom at the same Ame. It was a bit of a wait All the work got started but that gave us plenty of Ame to get the other material needed for them to install. When Daren called and said his crew (Ron and Joe) would arrive early in the morning, we were thrilled that our project was going to happen! As promised, Daren and crew arrived on Ame and immediately started puPng it all together…everyday! To our surprise, we were amazed just how much work they would accomplish in one day. As in most remodels, Daren would come across some issues that needed to be addressed and fixed immediately before they conAnued. Daren assured us he and his crew would treat our project as if they were working on their own homes and would correct anything that they encountered. This was so reassuring that everything was going to be done correctly. Needless to say, we both loved the work they did.
